Digital Transformation Leader

Your responsibilities:
- Support senior team in design and implementation of digital transformation strategy with particular emphasis on accelerating time-to-market for new technology-based services
- Lead the enhancement of service delivery processes to significantly reduce implementation cycles
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks in technology implementation and service rollout
- Develop and implement frameworks for rapid technology adoption and service deployment
- Establish and optimize coordination mechanisms between business units, IT, and delivery teams
- Identify and eliminate obstacles in the current service implementation process
- Act as a business owner in transformation projects with focus on accelerating technology deployment (initiate projects, changes and initiatives in area of technology adoption and deployment)
- Drive cultural change towards faster, more agile service implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, operational departments, and technology partners
- Analyze market and technology trends to recommend solutions supporting business development
- Regularly report of transformation progress to the C-level Committee
Our requirements:
- Experience in outsourcing or professional services sector
- History of leading transformation projects for clients across various sectors
- Project management or digital transformation certifications
- Knowledge of latest trends in business process automation and cloud solutions
- Experience in process optimization and operational cost reduction
- Ability to build and manage transformation budgets
- Track record of working with senior executive committees
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in improving operational efficiency and delivery speed
- Experience in a leading consulting firm nice to have (Big4, McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar)
